About InfiniT Resolutions
InfiniT Resolutions is an independent company based in Oklahoma. We work out-of-network claims through the federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) process for provider groups, as their authorized representative, on contingency.
What we are
- A done-for-you service. We do the screening, filing, offers and collection work for your practice.
- A business associate of every client. We sign a BAA with every client.
- A filing team based in the United States. The federal IDR Gateway admits only US-based users, and all of our filing work is done here.
- Paid only from results. We advance the federal fees, absorb them on a lost dispute, and take a share only of what the plan pays above its initial payment.
What we are not
- Not a law firm. We do not give legal advice.
- Not an arbitrator. We are not, and will never be, a certified IDR entity.
- Not affiliated with CMS or any government agency.
- Not a collection agency. We never bill patients.
Why we screen first
Health plans challenge disputes they believe do not belong in the federal process. Every ineligible filing costs fees and weakens the next one. We would rather file fewer disputes that hold up.
That is why every claim is screened before any fee is spent, why you see the reason behind every claim we rule out, and why we will publish our ineligible rate once we have closed disputes to count.
