Pricing

You pay a share of what the plan pays above its initial payment. Nothing else.

Our share is calculated on money the plan pays above its initial payment, once it reaches your account. We absorb both federal fees on a lost dispute. You pay nothing else.

The fees we advance

Every federal dispute carries two fees. We pay both, for every dispute we file. Here is what happens to each one.

Federal administrative fee

Who sets it
The federal Departments. Each side pays one per dispute; a batch counts as one dispute.
When it is paid
The IDR entity may bill it once it is selected. It must be paid by the time offers are submitted.
If we win
Not refunded. InfiniT absorbs it.
If we lose
Not refunded. InfiniT absorbs it.
If it settles or is withdrawn
Not refunded. InfiniT absorbs it.

Certified IDR entity fee

Who sets it
The IDR entity, within ranges the federal Departments publish. Both sides pay it.
When it is paid
By the time offers are submitted.
If we win
The entity refunds the winning side’s fee. We track and recover the refund.
If we lose
The entity keeps it. InfiniT absorbs it. You owe nothing.
If it settles or is withdrawn
Split evenly between the two sides unless they agree otherwise. We recover our half.

What you pay

A share of the money the plan actually pays above its initial payment, once it has reached your account. An award that has not been paid is not billed. A claim we rule out at screening costs you nothing.

If a dispute settles, our share comes from what the plan pays above its initial payment, the same as an award.

Each month you get an invoice listing every dispute with money collected, the amount collected and our share. Invoices use claim references, never patient names.

When a determination comes in low

Sometimes the IDR entity picks an amount lower than what the plan already paid (its initial payment plus the patient’s cost sharing). When that happens, federal rules require your practice to refund the plan the difference within 30 calendar days of the determination.

We tell you the same day, track the refund clock, and never net it against your other disputes without your written agreement. Nothing was collected on that dispute, so there is no InfiniT share.

Find out which of your claims qualify

Start with a short call. We will tell you plainly whether the federal process is worth it for your practice. We never need patient information for that conversation.
